Moles are rarely seen and only noticed after creating mole hills on our lawns. These small lovable mammals with their velvety fur and spade like paws are actually beneficial for our gardens when digging their network of tunnels, hunting earthworms. The nearly blind mole has a hyper-sensitive pig-like snout and sensory hairs on their faces making him an expert hunter underground.
